Items you might need for your photo tour (we suggest creating your photo tour with the information you have now and add information and pictures later).
    1. Estimates of taxes and utility costs.
    2. Size of living space and property in square feet or acres.
    3. The year your house was built.
    4. Estimates of the dimensions of the master bedroom, family room, kitchen and other main rooms.
    5. Names of the local Elementary School, Middle School, and High School.
    6. Up to three good pictures of your home (digital pictures can be re-sized to fit the photo tour at our re-size page).
After you create your ad
  • List the web location (such as www.sell-home411.com ID#999) of your Internet ad in your newspaper advertisement and on your yard sign. Flyers provided with our Basic Photo Tour package include web address. Yardsigns provided with our For Sale By Owner Kit include space for the web address.
     
  • Why? Because most buyers looking for homes in your neighborhood still look in the local newspaper,  ..they still pick up flyers at the local supermarket. Direct them to your Internet photo tour which contains color pictures and more details than you can put in a print ad.
     
     
  • Potential buyers should be enticed by your Web page to come and see the real thing.
